Enable debugging on EasyNAC Server
Please browse to Configuration > Appliance Settings > Support Tools > Debug Logging - 'Configure' option and follow the below steps to enable the debugging and collect the logs.
- Cleanup Logs : Deletes the older logs to reduce log file size. (Only if advised by InfoExpress Support)
- Enable Logging : Enables the logging. Click ok when prompted. (Reproduce the issue or wait for the duration suggested by InfoExpress Support. Keeping logging enabled for long duration is not recommended for performance reasons.)
- DUMP : Archive and compress the logs. (This can take some time depending on the logs size. Please wait patiently until you see a completion message)
- After the completion message, new DUMP file will be created and listed here. Please check the one having current timestamp.
- Download : Please download and save the latest DUMP file. You can send this file to InfoExpress support using any file-sharing service or request a dropbox link from our Support team.
